Work scale confirms Dr office I was very dehydrated. Have been walking 3-4 miles a day. Planted kale, Cherry tomato, and some peppers in the community garden. Walk a mile to water every day.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
