still struggling with staying consistent with the app :/ kinda been eating more due to PMS. I will be seeing my doctors a bit more often for other reasons. some regarding my weight, others for heslth issues.
I just finished my college semester and will have 3 weeks off to get back on track a bit. I am going to try to take my dog out for longer walks -- however due to health issues, I may have to shorten it.
I'm hoping I'll get back in the swing of things soon.
