1660 kcal Fat: 68.32g | Prot: 62.77g | Carb: 198.96g.   Breakfast: complete vitamin equate, 1% milk great value, english muffin, country crock, preserves plum. Lunch: ham black forest land o frost, mayo kraft, wheat bread, romaina lettuce. Dinner: spaghetti with meat sauce, brocolli , lettuce, tomatoes, onion white, provolone cheese, kraft roasted red pepper with parmesan dressing. Snacks/Other: snickers bar snack size, fruit bar strawberry great value. more...
