Ughhh up .6 lbs Hopefully it’s just because I’m menstruating... and not because of the 1/2 turkey sub and chocolate chip cookie and piece of pizza I ate yesterday.... xD
190.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
