Woke at 207.6, down .2 from yesterday. Planning to do OMAD but have a happy hour after work for a departing peer. UPDATE: Fasted until happy hour and had four drinks. Came home at 209.4, so the waking weight is today's low. Finished the pork chops and ate some cauliflower rice with cajun seasoning.
