woot! keeping track of all my challenges is crazy. i just need the motivation though... off to the guy on my lunch break... who am i?

M - joined gym. ran 30 mins
Tu - Gym - Run 30min, Circuit 30mins
W - Gym -
113.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
