does this app keep track of all carb intack or net carbs

@smfila1141, The answer to your carb question, Yes this app does track net carbs, fats, protein located under your calendar setting. Then view Full calendar, then located at the top of the full calendar view it will tell you overall intake for the net monthly total or per day if you like. Basically a running tally score of intake. Great tool to gauge your monthly progression.
