I'm writing it now so that it must be so - as of 7.15 pm I am doing a 36 hour (minimum) fast. I will drink 3 - 4 litres of water, hot with lemon/lime or cold & fizzy, and 1 large cup of black coffee.

The timer is set with Vora - so off we jolly well go.
