It's "that time of the month" and it is the worst I've been in a loooong time! I want to eat everything in sight! Ugh! Thankfully, the only day I slipped off track was on Sunday when I had a few tortilla chips because I was craving something salty/crunchy. Today, I've managed to keep it under control, but eating lunch with my fiancee (who was eating his chips), I found myself craving chips!!!

On the bright side, I went to a lunch on Sunday that included carb-laden sides such as potato salad, and I avoided them all...even the ice cream cake they offered me! So, that was definitely a success. My slip up could have been way worse on Sunday.

So, I stepped on the scale today and found I was up 2.6 pounds. =( I feel extremely bloated and heavy this time around, so I'm hoping come Saturday my body will be back to normal. I've been working out consistently (trying for twice a day), so hopefully that helps, too. I'm heading to BodyCombat class at 5:30 tonight. Leaving for a business trip tomorrow in which I have already packed my travel scale, workout clothes and a box of Atkins bars! :)
