Just 2 more days and it’s gonna be 2 weeks since I joined the app... after weighing 57.6 ... it didn’t go down anymore but just maintaining... and so stupid of me yesterday , i had food from mcdonals, large french fries , chicken nuggets and apple pie and large fruit drink .. was so damn hungry... still not able to manage my meals properly

Yeah I had Mcdonalds Fries this past weekend - they are so good when warm - I consider them a caloric rich treat - this is a process - it takes time and effort - have you considered protein shakes - I take them often and it sometimes will curb the appetite until the next meal - stay the course and you will achieve your goal. Have a good one
