I'm pretty happy after my weigh in yesterday. I beat my plateau (if only by less than a pound)! I feel invigorated and more energetic than I've felt in a long time. At least, as energetic as I've felt without ODing on caffeine.

I don't think I've been as low as 189.8 since high school. And at that time I was only going up. Another .8 lbs and I reach my first mini goal. I get to reward myself with a new purse. Yay! I desperately do need a purse so I need to drop that weight this week...
