I did better with my food today. Now if I can just make it till bedtime without stuffing my face. Got in some good exercise with the bike and walking the dog. Getting back out and about. Keep it up!

Thank You. I'm literally sitting here arguing with myself not to have that bowl of cereal I have been craving all day. I want a sweet so bad.

I really had a hard time with that yesterday. I think if it were not for fatsecret I would have ate a bunch of food like I did before. It seems the evenings can really be hard for me.

Yes. My husband and I are in the habit of watch a bit of tv and snack. I need to stop that. Give myself a cut off time. We can do it! Must stay strong!
