I just keep bouncing around between 158 to 160 for the last 4-5 WEEKS!! Trying a little harder this week to break down past this platue, especially since my SISTER is coming for a visit in 2 1/2 short weeks!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
