Time to rant...I dont get it..maybe I ate a few too many Quest bars!!!??? If I am going to gain it I might as well just eat the real junk! Maybe its muscle weight ..I only exercised 2x last week and hurt myself! In the hernia on my left belly of course. Today it doesnt hurt anymore..guess I should exercise. Maybe I need to buy some potasium. I haven't been eating much fruit but last week a little. Maybe not enough water or protein?
173.0 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
