last night was horrible and I was still a little shakey this morning, but I made a keto friendly hamburger helper and having some dry roasted macadamia nuts along with plenty of water. in feeling much better and now know that sugar is not my friend anymore haha :)
242.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 72.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
