So I’ve been eating less protein. Went from 1g per pound to about .7 per pound. So from 95-110 g per day to 65-80 per day. Been doing this for a few weeks now Omg I feel so much better!! Much less bloating. Feeling more alive less lethargic. More carbs and veggies. If anything I may of gained some strength. Calories are the same. Haven’t noticed any losses good or bad.
