I did so poorly! I didn't lose 1 lb this month! It was a lesson in what NOT to do. I knew I was eating more than I needed. It didn't even taste good. I didn't count ALL my foods like I use to. knowing that is a good lesson for me. WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING. I had gotten to the point that I knew I had 150 or so extra calories so I was taking a handful of nuts(about 1oz). And then I nibble on 1 piece of sugar free chocolate. Then I'd go out to eat more during the week. All this added up to not losing 1 stinkin' pound. I know my limitations and for me.. I have to stick with that. This isn't an excuse but a life lesson for me.

I still haven't exercised more. I actually have more energy when I'm not over eating. Gardening was a big part of my exercise but with 100 degree weather I've stayed inside more than normal. That's the next thing I need to get motivated on. I wanted to wait till I reached 200 lbs but maybe I need to rethink that!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
