I did a great job of sticking to OMAD, but need to work on my macros. It's okay though, I'm going to give OMAD another week to give me time to adjust and not worry about the macros for now. I'm just afraid that trying to do OMAD, calorie restriction and the macros all at once I might give up. Once I'm comfortable with OMAD I start working toward better macros.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

So hard to make a lot of changes at once - For me, controlling the macros would be easier than sticking to OMAD. That's me - I can't do OMAD, I like to break up my day with food. Hang in there!
