Just undid all the hard work I put in the past almost two weeks 🙁
151.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't let it get you totally sidetracked. I did it a couple of weeks ago and now I am finally getting back on track. It can happen to anyone. Just get focused.

It's ok! Just get back on plan and move forward. If it takes a few days to recover, that's ok. Just recommit and get back to it. You can do it!
