Almost half way to my first goal. People at work are starting to notice and comment. Someone even said "inspiring". I wasn't looking for recognition, BUT it WAS unexpected, and flattering.
201.1 lb Lost so far: 32.9 lb.    Still to go: 31.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
