My Dinner.... After all these years of a sedentary career, and poor eating habits, I think I'm finally getting the hang of things. As mentioned I have begun to take my life back, one step at time, one exercise at time, one meal at a time, and one gym visit at a time. And You Know what, It seems to be working -slowly, but working !!! Seen below, I baked lean chicken breast (free range), very lightly glazed with BBQ sauce, Butternut squash noodles, and veggies. Low cal meal - very delicious !!! Tastes are changing, I can actually tell a difference if I slip with a meal -some of my old dishes taste different, others I disliked are now tasting good ----this is a whole new level of learning which I had long forgotten about as I've become older.
Cheers to you all, hope your all learning new things and having fun in the process, or at least attempting to make things fun. This is one thing I learned rapidly --if your not making it fun ---it becomes another chore ---->The Key is DON'T LET IT BECOME ANOTHER JOB OR WORK !!!! WISHING YOU ALL A SUCCESSFUL YOU !

Looks delicious! Great job! I have noticed some “fun” things with this lifestyle change—I enjoy trying new recipes and food combos and the gym was actually fun last time I went! I go again today so we will see if the fun continues haha! Have a great week my friend.
