oh dear, oh dear, oh dear
159.4 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.3 lb a week

It can’t have been *that* much celebrating for one cup final or are you a secret Chelsea fan and royalist too? Go for a long walk (if that’s your thing) and think about what’s changed in the last few weeks that is interfering with your superb maintenance history. Then see if any of it you can change for yourself to get back. If you can’t chamge it for yourself, that’s the time to shout for help. Take care, Willie 🤗

Nope, not a Chelsea fan and not a supporter of the House of Windsor. The steady increase over the last fortnight does concern me. The only change that springs to mind is replacing my morning cereal with instant oats. Could that be the cause?

not a fan of Chelsea or the royals. just happy that I don't contribute anything to their finances. changed breakfast from cereal to instant oats, I wonder if that's the problem. I'll try alternate days to see if that helps

I guess it would depend on the relative portion sizes and nutritional content but it could be something as simple as that breakfast change, yes. Instant oats are a bugger for added sugar, depending on brand, of course. I’m sure you’ll work it out 👍🏻

I'm pretty sure that the oats have less calories and the portion size is about he same I'm going to stick with oats for now and see if it has just been a case of overeating this last wee while
