For the past few weeks ive been drinking tea (black, green, lemon ginger, chamomile) instead of drinking coffee or energy drinks.
I haven't had any alcohol in months (except a little red wine 4/27 and a seltzer water 4/12). I've been making green smoothies with spring mix and bananas, oatmeal with vanilla nutrition drinks, oatmeal with mixed berries, homemade date bars, and eating raw carrots... I feel so much more healthy and have more energy!
120.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
