Had bad diarrhea and nausea this morning not fun had a piano performance did that it went OK then when I got home I thought I was hungry because I hadn’t eaten yet so I try to eat halibut broccoli and potatoes oh my god now my stomach really hurts big mistake it sucks when you think you’re hungry and then you eat and you feel awful and there was no over eating I couldn’t even finish the serving of fish that I was supposed to eat

lokking forrward to my 6:30 am checkin for plantar fasciitis assesstment and 10 am wrist tendinitis assessment. need to get this stuff checked out. looking forward to better days soon, realized just now i have lost more than 20% of my body weight! my initial goal was 20% 22.2 lbs. i've lost about 25. started again at 229. am now 204. still a ways to go. 44 lbs approx. it will get harder and harder know this as the weight comes off yhou have less and less to play with but you feel better and better. pay off time!

Consider getting your gut flora back by taking probiotic pills or Greek no sugar yogurt (Fage) and eating prebiotic foods like cabbage, onion, garlic, asparagus. Get off sugar and white carbs. For constipation, take 400mg magnesium every night. Eat enough fat. You will not get high cholesterol unless you are eating sugar carbs. Lots of water. Green tea. No soda or fake sugar as that kills of gut bacteria. It’s all about the bacteria.
