Finally! As of today 50 lbs down from start date of 01-Feb-2018. Huge accomplishment, but it seems so incredibly slow. Patience has never been one of my virtues! The next accomplishment I am really looking forward to is going below 200 lbs. Hopefully once that happens I will never see 200 on my scales again!

congratulations 50 lbs in 3 months. I'm down 40 but its taken 8 months. All this takes time.

Good for you!! I started beginning of April and haven’t lost much but I feel better, less fatigue, less achy, looking more toned!! So I forge on!! You too!! 🌟

Wow, only 3 1/2 months to lose 50 lbs? I bet you took longer than that to put it on! Keep up the disciple and hard work!

Thank you everyone for your support and words of encouragement! It truly means a lot. @notsominniemouse - I actually put on approximately 100 lbs within 1 year (unbelievable as I type that, but true). After my mother passed away I went through a depression relapse and ate/drank too much. I am making several life changes so here's hoping that I don't have to go through this again... get it off and maintain is the ultimate goal here.

50lbs. since Feb 18 is pretty fast. Its taken me a year to get to that point.

That's fantastic! Actually if you lost it any faster, it would probably not be a healthy loss anyway. I do understand impatience though LOL. I agree with you, once I get on the other side of 200, I have ever intention of making a permanent home over there.
