I hope you bust the yo-yo scale thing. I don't do highly restrictive diets. I just try to eat clean. I keep away from anything that comes in a box, with exception to my 1.5 oz of my daily morning of Kashi. I also stay away from white flour. Some see this as restrictive, but for me I embraced it as a permanent WOE and don't have to fret everyday over what I'm eating. I was injured in a bad
accident and was off exercising for six weeks and actually lost 5 lbs (but gained a lot of fat). I'm pulling for you.
