scale shows 256.6
The "gain" is water weight.
Therefore, did not record due to associated negative emotions.
Calories eaten last week did not exceed, however, more carbs from vegetables and fruit.
Back to keto this week.
Vacation in 13 days.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 84.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
