Good Sunday morning...sister is back home..went to see her yesterday...1 he drive one way...got home..she calls...says the just released me...so had to make a second trip...but she's home..

haven't been on trainer or outside riding even though it's been nice...have been trying very hard to give my shoulder the rest it needs before my apt on Wednesday...im past ready for it to be fixed..so hoping after first meeting with doctor...next visit will be to fix my shoulder...so tired of eating pain pills...and I know it's just the start..almost going into june..and not knowing how long recovery is gonna take...

suppose to rain this afternoon...and tonight...grass needs cut...trying to stay off rider...as I have someone that's gonna do it for me...but I'm thinking of the weather....


o well..sometimes just gotta hope it all works out...


well...tea tasted good this morning...time to move around...fix breakfast..tummy is saying feed me...

Glad your sister is out of the hospital. 💁🏻‍♀️Have a bit of patience with the recovery process Mike. We don’t recover quite as quickly as we used to! LOL Take it a day at a time and do what you can. 🙋🏻
