I want to lose 23 pounds to be back to my pre pregnancy weight. I was 130 before I got pregnant and the day I gave birth to my daughter I weight the most I have ever weighted (189 lbs) and I want to be comfortable again! I have tried to diet but I don't have support to do well. I want to have more energy with my 11 month old I can't keep up with her!
