I have never had such a hard time losing the baby weight until I had my last child. 6 weeks after I gave birth I went and got my tubs burned and my life has been different ever since. My body is so messed up that it has no clue what it wants to do. I have changed my diet to eating more healthy, taking out condiments and looking with coconut oils and oil oils over butter. I do not add salts to my dishes and I only have sweets very seldom. I work out 5-6 days a week From tread-milling to the exercise ball and doing different positions on the ball, to weights and I cannot for the life of me lose a pound or any inches. I drink plenty of water. I am so sick in tired of not getting any results. There has to be something that I can do to start seeing results.
