Weight gain recently could be from PMS or acne meds/diuretic being taken since 6/25. Stopping taking meds to see if weight gets better in the next week or so...
157.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
