Sunday: 20 Min Stairs, 20 min walk at speed 3.5 DONE - Check!Monday: Boot Camp or Cardio 1 hour + Strength Training 1 hour
Tuesday: Stairs 20 mins, Run 15 mins + Zumba 1 hour
Wednesday: Run 30 Mins, Walk 30mins
Thursday: Strength Training 1 hour + Zumba 1 hour
Friday: Stairs 30 mins, Walk 30 mins
