Today is a special day for two Princesses. One was crowned and one was born on this day. We are celebrating my Grand Daughter's First Birthday!!! Yesterday I put in a 21 hour day, helping to prepare for her party. I ate "Poorly" at 137% of goal due to late night snacking to keep my energy up while working and testing the grill I will be using today. I did meet all activity goals...
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
