Hit my loss of 10lbs. I'm feeling really good and motivated. I'm staying under on my daily calorie intake and getting 5-10 miles of walking in per day. I'm passing on the delicious Snacks in the house and avoiding my desire for craft beer which is my favorite thing on the planet to consume
