Swakee's Journal, 19 May 2018

Been on keto for five days. This will be my sixth. I'm intermediate fasting as well. Not eating before noon or after 8PM. I've lost a few. It may be water weight but that's fine with me becuase I already feel less bloated!
For the last seven years or so, I've had problems with a bloated belly. I've been trying to cure it with exercise and dieting. I've lost weight so my belly got smaller but still bloated. Right now, I'm laying in bed, my belly is actually laying flat(well flatish). No bumb. I haven't had this belly in years. And to think it only took a few days! I wish I'd tried this sooner! 😃. I felt like I'd been working so hard these law seven years. I felt stonger and healthier for so long now but that belly still had to go! Feels great to finally feel, "normal" again.
