Finally saw the other side of 160 on the scale! My blood sugar was 87 this morning and have been decreasing my insulin dosage. Was very very hungry last night after supper. Next blood labs are due in August however a vacation with all the restaurant foods is looming in July. I want to hear the diabetic doc to say stop taking the meds as u don’t need them.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks appreciate that. If all is well i.e. my doc takes me off all diabetic meds I’ll be very happy but if need be I’ll set a new goal of 145 lb.
