Kleiner Erfolg heute beim Anzugkauf: Obwohl ich meine Kleidergröße auf 54 geschätzt habe passe ich wohl in 52. Ohne Änderung.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
