Dealing with everything trying not to feel overwhelmed. Made it a point to go to my workout yesterday. had to push out my head all that I am dealing with and focus on me for a bit. The way our healthcare system treats the sick and elderly is frustrating to no end. I know cracking my brain on how who and where will provide the health services my mom needs. I know if the USA would switch to universal health care like the rest of the developed world we wouldn't be going through these changes and needing to get a lawyer to fight for her services with her HMO.

All I can do is take it one day a time.
