Finally..I'm 190...downfall is weekends but since the boys moved out & hubby works everyother wkend I'm hopeful I wont be tempted to over eat! I want to be in the 170's by the time I have my knees replaced!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
