Guter Zwischenstand, obwohl ich gestern wenig Sport getrieben habe. ich trage hier übrigens mein Trendweight (aus der gleichnamigen Web App) ein.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
