Left ankle much better. Will go to TOPS to get weight. Stayed steady even with not being able to execise. Angie came by and then called too. Will talk to Eloise later
207.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
