Well, I'm new to this web site and I'm slowly figuring it all out. I really started the Fat Smash Diet in Jan and then got hung up when my 11 year old son was in the hospital and then some family issues. I think I am on track now. But I had lost 6 lbs and kept it off since I first started. I am trying to go to the gym 3 days a week and I have 2 down.
