Yikes I screwed up fasted for no reason fasting blood work is next month LOL oh well at least I am 8 pounds down from the last time I was at my doctors office the assistant complemented me on that doctor said nothing, typical🤨

Switch doctors. There is no need to put up with any crap 💩 Call your insurance carrier and shop for a better doc. Find one that cares about obesity and related diseases. Get a nutritionist that understands ketogenics type nutrition. Salts. Adipose tissue, fasting cycles. There is helpnout there, go get it!
