back on track?
I'd really like to hit that 206 mark again, even if it had every one asking if I was sick I actually felt (physically) better than at any other point.
236.4 lb Lost so far: 8.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.6 lb a week
