A few things to note...
I stopped logging my food and journaling in March. I have stayed steady at that last weigh in however I did not feel good and I fell off the gym routine as well as made poor food choices. I was bloated a lot. I've started a new job and tho it's technically still in behavioral health it's completely different from what I used to do as a crisis clinician. I've been in training for the last 3 weeks. It has been draining mentally because Im learning so much new stuff, applications, and programs etc.
I've started to track my food intake (tho not strictly). This week I've dedicated to going back to the gym at least 3-4 times instead of the once a week that I fell down to.
I would love to meet my goal in a month but if I don't I have to try not to beat myself up and focus on the positives of the weight I have lost so far.
Lastly, I HATE Texas! I hate living here. It's really affecting my moral, energy and moods. But nothing I can do to change it for at least 3 more years. I miss Hawaii so much I want to run away and go back there. But don't tell my husband. Lol.
