I just realized my muscle mass when from 25 to 45%! No wonder the scale is messing with me. Bone Density is also up
218.0 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
