Going to workout today. The plan is Jillian Michaels NMTZ strength training and then walk/jog a bit.

I'd also like to make a habit of getting outside to do some physical activity with the kids. They love to play catch, and need to see that physical activity is important for them, not just for fat battling mommy. :)
