Had to add in 1 solid meal a day. I am making it worth it though and only eating a quality meal. No red meat or gluten.
412.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 187.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Phentermine and Low Calorie diet   losing 5.3 lb a week
