new goal is to loose 5 pounds by the end of July. So weigh in day Aug 4th I should be at 158. Then the end of Aug loose another 5 pounds so weigh in on Sept 1st should be 153. Then another 5 pounds the end of Sept so weigh in on Sept 29th should be 148. And the last 5 pounds gone by the end of Oct so weigh in on Nov 3rd should be 143 the goal range of 140-145. Then maintain! phew! long hard road coming to an end.
