Had a really hard last month with stress and then going out of town for work and then getting sick, but I managed to stay at about the same weight - I think I am like 130 now. Anyway now I am getting back on track so that I can lose those last couple of pounds. I have started working out again and I watching what I eat a lot more. I have also decided to give up drinking (at least until I get to my goal weight and then once I get there I'll allow myself the occasional drink). Although I dont think the drinking has made me gain weight it is definitely not helping me lose any, especially since recently I have started to drink more than I ever did before. Anyway it feels great to get on track. Yesterday was my start date I plan to continue to be good.
